Steadfast support
Help with Steadfast on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and the web. For general help, email support@steadfastfitnesscollective.com. For privacy, account-data, export, or deletion questions, email privacy@steadfastfitnesscollective.com.
Email is not an emergency channel. Do not include a password, one-time code, password-reset or recovery link, complete receipt or payment details, health measurements, or an exact location or route.
Email is the only support contact published here. Business-address and telephone disclosures, where required, are account-holder-managed marketplace fields; this page does not guess or replace them, and it does not promise a response time.
Sign-in and account recovery
- The current native beta is for existing members. Sign in with the same email address you use for Steadfast on the web.
- On iPhone or iPad, Forgot password? opens the recovery page in your default browser. Email-verification, password-reset, and invitation pages also stay in the browser.
- A browser may already be signed in to a different Steadfast account. Before changing a password, exporting data, or deleting an account, check that the displayed email is the account you intend to change.
- If a recovery link has expired, start again from the Steadfast sign-in page. Do not forward the link or send it to support.
iPhone and iPad: permissions and sync
- Features depend on your assigned TestFlight build and approved beta account. In the native core beta, use Today to review your plan, start a supported strength workout, log sets and finish. Use Record to review saved workouts. Open an exercise's guide for written form cues; videos are not required.
- Native Today and Record tabs appear only when the assigned build and server support them. Older, sign-in-only builds offer Open workout tracker on the web and Open Record on the web instead. These links open your browser, which may be signed in to a different account. Check the displayed account before viewing or changing workout data.
- In a native workout, review any pending-sync or conflict message before leaving. Reconnect and let saved changes finish syncing; do not uninstall the app, clear its data, or switch accounts while work is pending. A cold offline launch remains unavailable until the app reconnects and confirms the account with the server. Push notifications and iPhone or iPad location tracking are not part of the core beta.
- Sign-out removes the current account's private native data from the app. If the browser handoff shows a wrong account or private native account information remains visible after sign-out, stop and contact support without including the private information itself.
Apple Watch: pairing, permissions, and a run waiting to finish
- Watch testing is available only when Steadfast separately confirms that the assigned beta account is in the protected Watch canary. Pairing is intentionally unavailable to other beta accounts.
- In Steadfast on the web, open Settings, then Devices, and choose Pair a watch. Type the six-character code into the Watch app. Treat the code as private and use a fresh code if it expires.
- Allow workout access when the Watch asks. For an outdoor route, also allow precise location. If you denied access earlier, review Steadfast's access in Apple's Settings and Health apps.
- A finished run can wait safely on the Watch while it is offline. Keep the app installed, keep the same account paired, and reconnect it. If the Watch shows Retry finish, use that control and leave the app open while it completes.
- Do not unpair or erase the Watch, reinstall the Watch app, or replace the pairing while a run is finishing or waiting to sync. Contact support first if it does not clear after reconnection.
Apple subscription billing
If Apple billed the membership, Apple controls its billing, cancellation, and refund path. Review or cancel it in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting a Steadfast account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel Apple billing separately if you do not want it to renew.
Exporting data or deleting an account
- Account export and permanent deletion are not available inside this native beta. These privacy actions remain on Steadfast's secured website.
- Open account data controls, sign in if asked, and verify the displayed account before exporting data or deleting it. A browser may be signed in to a different account, so check the email before acting.
- Account deletion is permanent. For help identifying the correct account or exercising a privacy right, contact privacy@steadfastfitnesscollective.com. Read the Privacy Policy for the current data practices and choices.
Accessibility help
If an assistive feature or app screen blocks you, email general support with the device model, operating-system version, assistive feature in use, and the task you could not complete. Describe the visible text or control instead of sending private account or health information.
Medical and emergency limits
Steadfast is a fitness service, not a medical service, and its training guidance is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop an activity if continuing feels unsafe. For severe symptoms, an injury, or a possible emergency, contact a qualified professional or call your local emergency number. Do not wait for an email response.
Safe details to include with a support request
Helpful details are:
- device model and operating-system version;
- Steadfast version and build number;
- the exact visible error and the steps immediately before it;
- approximate time, time zone, and connection type; and
- for a Watch run, whether it was indoor or outdoor and whether Retry finish appeared.
Crop or redact screenshots before attaching them. Do not send passwords, codes, recovery links, private health values, exact routes or locations, or complete payment records. Review the Terms for the service limits that also apply.
